Excellent customer service and excellent technical service! We were having issues with our truck while camping nearby. AAA suggested we contact Silverlake Automotive—Downtown. We did and they said to bring the truck right down and they would have a look at it. They also allowed us to park our travel trailer nearby! Brady was extremely friendly and helpful, suggesting places we could walk to while they took a look. He even offered to come pick us up if we needed a ride back…after having lunch, we gave them a call and the truck had been tested and repaired! We got back to the shop and were pleased to find they charged us less than $100. We would definitely bring our vehicles here if we lived in the area!

Did an amazing job and didn't charge me to get my VW's computer set after I replaced the battery myself. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend these gentlemen!

You simply can’t find a better place to have your car worked on. I drove all the way from Seattle specifically to have these guys do my brakes while I visited with family in town.

Had a great experience with Silverlake Auto today, the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Julia and others helped us with a flat, and lots of info on new tires. All the employees were fantastic. Their boss should be proud!
