Great service, great folks and a great company. The folks here are honest and straight shooters. Their work is top notch. I like the report they provide with low priority service suggestions on up to what is required. So far my car is running well. Car has some miles on it but they were able to get it in working order and thr work has a warranty so I have peice of mind.

I’ve been going to one of Will’s auto shops since the time he opened his first location. Each shop has done work on my car and it doesn’t matter which location I go to - the staff take care of their customers! Thank you Silverlake Automotive & congratulations on opening up your 4th shop in Rathdrum the beginning of November 2023!!!

Super accomodating. They fit my car in to the schedule the day I called and gave me a ride home. Car was ready before the end of the day. Great customer service. Thanks!

Silverlake Automotive made time in their schedule to diagnose our cars problem when all the Ford Dealerships in a fifty mile radius told of they were five weeks out for an appointment. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were willing to work with our Ford extended warranty to repair our car in just a few days, just in time for a long road trip! Thank to our advisor Ryan and the crew at Silverlake Automotive, great service!
