These guys are awesome!! I got flat tire the other day a couple of blocks from this location. I called them late in the afternoon to see if they could handle the repair same day. They told me to bring my truck in, and they would handle it. They had me in and out in 45 min and did not charge me. These guys will have my business moving forward!

Siverlake Automotive is a class A operation. Emerson Sutherland is easy to talk to. He worked with me on the price and schedule to make it a great experience. A nod to the tech. Aaron Robinson had the truck back by lunch. I will go back, and would suggest them to anyone as a referral. Thanks guys!!

I am using my wife’s account to post this review. My name is Tom. I have been using Silverlake Automotive for all of my car care needs. It is always a pleasure working with them. They are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I usually speak with Emerson Sutherland who handles the scheduling of service. He is a pleasure to work with. They are better than all the other car repair facilities I have ever used. I have no need or desire to go any place else when my car needs servicing or repairs

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service and help was above my expectations. Coming from Bellingham to home in Colorado Springs we had a radiator fail in Coeur d’ alene ID. They got us taken care of quickly and the truck ran like a champ home. The personal help offered to shuttle us and with a rental car was greatly appreciated. They made our family vacation much less stressful and we highly recommend them!! Greg
