First time here. Everything went as expected!

I brought my jeep here to have them diagnose what was wrong with it and they went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it until Friday which is when I was supposed to be heading out of town but Emerson was able to fit me in to their very busy schedule and helped me figure things out by Thursday morning… A full day before the estimated time! Although I ended up having the work done somewhere else closer to home (I live in Seattle), Emerson and everyone at Silverlake automotive were awesome and I could not have asked for better service or friendlier staff! If anyone in Coeur d’Alene ever needs a recommendation for a place to work on their vehicle, this is the only place I will ever recommend. These guys are the absolute best. They are honest and willing to go out of their way to make sure their customers are well informed and kept up to date with everything they are doing for them. 10/10 from me!!

They are a bit over priced, but the staff there is amazing. I suggest price hunting for more options. But for convenience and for a skillful staff. I recommend this place no problem.

I can't thank Ryan and the Silverlake Team in Coeur d'Alene for coming to our rescue. On a cross country tip our engine light came on, it was the EGT sensor. Ryan couldn't guarantee anything but said he would his best! The part was not in Coeur d'Alene and he sent someone to go pick it up 2 hours away and had me back on the road in 1 Day. I have dealt with many service providers Silverlake is the BEST! PS ...... the local Chevy dealer told me 3 week.

My first time in and I was very impressed! Emerson, and everyone else, were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were able to get my vehicle in and fixed much sooner than I expected, and most importantly to me, I trust them and the work that was done. I'm very grateful ~ thank you Silverlake Auto!

First they helped me a ton by not charging me for a service that they said I could pretty easily do on my own for a lot cheaper. Then, they when I was stuck driving around town with a bucket of transmission fluid in the bed of my truck, they let me dump it in their hazmat setup. Super helpful, really nice people, super appreciated.

I called sight-unseen to ask about their services. All communication went smoothly, they made good time with their work, and gave me a reasonable price. Plus, they texted me the inspection report I requested, easily readable online. That's a tremendous help!

The place was very professional did a great job, I would recommend them to others overall I was very pleased with the performance and the friendliness of the staff.
