I’ve been a repeat customer of Silverlake Automotive on Sherman Avenue in downtown Coeur d’ Alene since I arrived in Idaho 8 years ago. The customer service and service department is outstanding. They are all very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They’re super easy to do business with. They are fast, thorough and very affordable. They are always available to answer all my automotive related questions and they really seem to go the extra mile for me. I couldn’t imagine doing business with any other automotive service department. My 2018 Subaru Forester engine is in tip top shape and I owe it all to the Courteous and professional staff at Silverlake Automotive on Sherman Avenue in downtown Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Was passing through CDA and needed an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to see me with short notice and even began the service early when I showed up before my appointment time. They did good work and send you a great vehicle inspection report. I would give them a try. Plus, you can enjoy an amazing burger at Schmidty's while you wait!

I was refered to Silver Lake Automotive by a client I work for. SLA got me in right away and took care of the engine trouble I was having in one day! Great service. Were able to diagnose and contact me the same day with all discovered issues both severe and minor regarding my truck. Emerson was kind enough to give me an itemized list of what was needed priority and what could be passed over till my next visit. I greatly appreciate how much they collaborated with me and got my truck back in fair time to when they estimated. Thank you silverlake 👍

My car engine light went off as I was traveling through Coeur d'Alene, I went to this business as it was closet to where I was. I am so glad I did, they were fantastic. They were able to get me in for a diagnosis on what was going on with the engine, although it was not good for news for my car, they let me stay all day in there comfortable waiting area, helped find a rental car and we're extremely great. I would recommend anyone to use their services.

Great experience. Very experienced. Made recommendations for additional service based on mileage but not pushy like some shops to upsell. Was much appreciated.
