We were heading from MN to OR and after coming over the mountains, we noticed a strange sound when we braked, so decided to have it looked at before continuing our journey to the west coast. We stopped in at Silverlake and someone looked at the car in just a few minutes and determined our brakes needed work. He immediately ordered parts from a nearby town and arranged for us to get a ride to a local coffee shop. They completed the work an hour early and about $100 cheaper than estimated and we were back on the road! They sent someone to pick us up and bring us back to the shop too. We felt so much safer and were relieved to have found and fixed the problem there versus having the brakes fail somewhere out in the country or along a major interstate. We arrived safely at our destination the next day. We are so grateful and highly recommend this great shop!

I am very impressed with this company and their excellent customer service. They were able to source me a new starter and get it delivered and put in the same day! They also had it put in 2 hours before their expected finish time! I couldn’t have had a better experience. First time customers. We had our brakes serviced, and oil changed at the Sherman Ave. location. Ryan listened to our brake concerns and followed up with us on the diagnostics.
