My water pump went out the day before I was going on a very important road trip. They were able to get me in that day, evaluate my car, and we're able to get the parts and get it fixed in time for me to make my trip. They were very friendly, professional and kept me up to date on time frames and cost of the repair.

I honestly enjoyed working with Joe and the office, even though they had difficulties with suppliers they always kept me updated and informed. I understand the challenges we have right now and can only commend Silver Lake Auto on their professional and courteous attitude, I would strongly recommend you yes Silver Lake Auto ! !

A very nice place. Attentive, friendly staff. Just a routine oil change, but they also helped me with a couple things I didn't understand about my car. I think they could tell I was a bit anxious, and they were kind and reassuring.

Great service! I had an insurance claim and they handled it very professionally and kept me up to date on all issues. I recommend this shop 10 out of 10. They are great!

They were wonderfully helpful and nice. They were able to diagnose my car and get me back on the road within a couple of hours. Customer service was amazing and I was so happy with their service.

Thank you Joe, Fred, and mechanics at Silver Lake Automotive for fixing my thermostat, putting in freon, oil change, top off fluids, put in new starter, and new tie rod. My car runs so much better and I feel safe driving it. I appreciate your expertise, knowledge, excellent communication skills, and genuineness to take time to explain repairs needed.
