Would highly recommend Silverlake!.. they were able to diagnose the problem of our vehicle...complete the repair in a timely manner for a reasonable price... Very professional company....they did an initial diagnosis.. gave an up front price for the repair and communicated status updates as the repair was in progress... Kendra was very courteous and professional.. Would feel very comfortable bringing any of our vehicles here.....

We have been customers for years and always satisfied with knowledge and upbeat attitude of the employees. Today a trip check revealed that the front and back brakes and the serpentine belt all needed to be replaced in order to have a safe trip to Portland tomorrow. The employees in the downtown store were flexible, willing, and happy to get it all done today!!!! Now I can leave on my trip on time in a safer car. THANK YOU SILVERLAKE AUTOMOTIVE!!!

Great diagnostic knowledge and experience, really fast, their use of pictures and descriptions in the quote were awesome. Perfection Tire tried to get me to buy all sorts of parts I didn’t need and these guys just looked it over and adjusted a few things. Overall really good place and the prices seemed really competitive. They are my new go-to mechanic.

I'm not from the area but was on a road trip, my truck had issues and had to have AAA tow me to the shop late Thursday night. They gave me a call Friday morning letting me know they had a pretty full day of scheduled customers but understood the situation and would try their best to get it looked at before the weekend. I didn't expect it till Monday but they got it done and I was back on the road Friday evening, saving me two extra nights of hotel costs and other expenses. Highly recommend these guys.
