Outstanding Customer Service! Joe & Fred went out of their way to serve my exact needs and provide me with all the necessary information that was specific to my car. I bought my car "very" used from a dealership. It came with known issues, and Silverlake was on top of them all. I went for the 58 point inspection, full service fluid change and a set of new tires. All went off without an issue, the car was ready four hours before they said it would be and the price was unbeatable. As if that wasn't enough, they gave me $50.00 worth of coupons for my next visit.

Professional, friendly, honest auto repair ... I purchased a used Range Rover and needed diagnostic services for lights on my dash, an oil change, and basically just a thorough report of the vehicle. I called and got in the same day, they took me back and forth to my workplace, and are very friendly. Not only that, they diagnosed my vehicle issues and fixed them in the most cost-effective (but proper) way and gave me a thorough report of my new (to me) vehicle.
