They truly care about their customers- we had a bit of an emergency situation during our brief time in Coeur d'Alene and they truly went above and beyond to help. Vehicle broke down on the interstate and was dropped off after hours. The staff (Ryan) had looked at the vehicle before I called and researched that the work that needed to be done was warranty work. He then informed me of the issue and made sure the vehicle was taken to the appropriate dealership. The staff more than exceeded what I expected to ensure that my vehicle was taken care of by the right dealership since I am from north central Montana.

$80 diagnostic check, which was cheaper than other places. I really appreciate their honesty. We thought we were looking at $900+ in repairs, but they assured us it would only be a third of that.

They are awesome, they are fair priced great service and quick they got me in same day.

Had my vehicle checked out for engine light issue and oil light issue! They made sure that I was treated right and even after I turned down the repair they wanted to do! They still made sure as a customer I was treated right! Would recommend this place to be treated right and fair!
